Ok, these two movies paired up with
Bubble, and Bicycle Thief, has officially
made this the most depressing streak
of movies i have seen in a long time.
Holy Crap.

Bubble is one of the saddest movies
i have ever seen. Its as Bresson as you can get
without getting dirt on your shoes.

In other news, i have started my Unseen Noir
class at facets and my european art cinema
class at the gene siskel, its pretty much a given
that the next 12 weeks i will see a crap load
of depressing movies.
